Our current TAT (Turn around time) is always listed in the banner at the top of our homepage! Our turnaround time does change with each launch throughout the year based on the success of the launch itself.

We hand-make and ship each and every item out of New Jersey, USA.
Currently, we ship worldwide, with the exception of the UK.
We do ship internationally.

We're so excited that you're excited for your shoes! If you haven't received an email with tracking just yet, that means we are still creating your items. We thank you so much for your patience and hope you'll find they are worth the wait when you receive them!
The BEST advice we can give is to contact your local post office (Or UPS location) and provide them with the tracking number. They will want to hear from the receiver who can confirm that the package did not deliver to the address provided at checkout.
We've noticed that in the rare case of this happening, it usually helps to file a claim for a missing package. You can do this as the receiver, and as hard as it is to have control once the package leaves our hands, We also can do this as the shipper. returns, exchanges & more
Each and every item is cut and made to order, so we currently do not have an inventory to exchange from. We also would not resell returned items as we'd want to ensure the quality, look and feel of the items are of those fresh out of our hands.
We do hope, as we grow and can afford to have an inventory and hire on help with an eye for extra quality control, that we'll be able to change these policies.

We do ask that if you need to cancel an order, you do so within 12 hours of it being placed (you can do so by contacting me via email with your name and order number). When orders come in, we make sure that we get them on our schedule and have the materials cut and ready for when it's time to create them and would really like to not have shoes that are cut and ready with no home to go to.

To be fair all around, I do not do price adjustments for forgotten codes or codes found after a purchase was made. We have codes posted all over our Facebook group from our team and Instagram influencers we work with share their codes as well.
We do not share any individual’s code as this would interfere with seeing how much traffic someone we are working with is driving in on their own.

I do search for and accept collaborations from time to time. I am more likely to choose those who truly love and support my brand, rather than those who sporadically reach out. If you've never interacted, followed or purchased prior, I will most likely politely decline. If you'd like to collaborate, you are more than welcome to reach out, but please understand, we will be looking for those who fit with our brand and values!

You can order a custom size by placing the "Custom Sizing for Adult Shoes" listing in your cart alongside the exact pair you'd like to customize and provide details in your checkout notes. I also will reach out via email to discuss measurements, so please make sure a good email is on file or in your checkout notes.
