Add a second layer of suede to your adult shoes! This listing should only be added to your cart with a pair of shoes to add them to. They are glued and sewn directly on top of the standard suede soling as I make the shoes and cannot be added to a shoe already made.
If you have multiple pairs in your cart that you'd like to add soles onto, please adjust the quantity of this listing accordingly. (Quantity of 1 will add the second suede insole to 1 pair) If you would only like the additional suede on 1 of your pairs and not the other, please specify which one in the order notes!
Adding an additional layer of suede is something I've offered on Explorer Sandals in the past to just give the sole a *little* extra thickness/stability, though it isn't much. It also is truly up to the individual to add this second layer to your insole. It is not meant to add a cushion-like feel, and is not thick where it hinders the barefoot experience.

Love the cushioning on this special ordered liner. Not sure how the bottom layer material will endure over time.
These are the 3rd pair of Explorers I’ve tried. Now I know that the extra layer makes all the difference in comfort. I rarely walk on the ground/ trails/ yard in these shoes, but rather concrete, tile, wood, etc. This extra layer allows for the cushion that I need. Will always be adding it to these shoes in the future.
