FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is your current turn around time?
Current TAT is UP TO 3 weeks!
 (Please note, this does not include the amount of time it takes to ship/deliver)
Do you do collaborations?
I do search for and accept collaborations from time to time. I am more likely to choose those who truly love and support my brand. If you've never interacted, followed or purchased prior, I will most likely politely decline. If you'd like to collaborate, you are more than welcome to reach out!
 
Do you accept custom orders?
I am no longer offering custom orders on the site. Please join my Facebook group for access to occasional custom opportunities and super unique items that don't hit the shop.
Do you offer READY TO SHIP items?
All Ready To Ship sales are done within my Facebook page. The link can be found in the footer of this page, or feel free to search: Everleigh Meadow VIP Family on Facebook.
Do you offer Hard Soles?
Currently, I offer 3 styles of soles. My standard soles are suede, they are very soft and pliable. I also offer an option to upgrade to Soft Walker Soles (When upgrading to Soft Walker Soles, you will still have the standard suede sole, however an additional thin rubberized layer is placed over the leather to provide grip, Yet still offer a pliable sole.) 
My third option is a Hard Walker Sole, this is a 1.2mm thick but pliable sole that is sewn onto the bottom of the standard suede sole.
Do you hold Brand Rep Searches?
I do. All Brand Rep and Enthusiast searches are held on my Instagram page. Be sure to follow to stay up to date on upcoming team searches!

SHOP POLICIES:

Returns and Exchanges: 
Please be sure to measure and select the appropriate size(s) to prevent the receiving the incorrect size. All items are cut and handmade to order, because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Cancelling your Order:
You may cancel an order within 12 hours in which the order was placed. Please contact me via email with your name and order number and I will be sure to cancel.

 

Buy/Sell/Trade Your Items:
I do have a specific section within my Facebook group that makes it easy to buy, sell and trade your EMs. Terms and conditions are listed within the post.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages:
While I will do all I can to assist if ever this was the case, Everleigh Meadow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item is marked delivered and has not been, please contact your local post office and have the tracking number ready. Unfortunately once it is marked delivered they will need to hear from you to provide the coordinates of delivery. Please double check that the address provided on your order is correct as it cannot be changed once the order is placed.
